HubSpot Superadmin Audit terms and privacy

This is a courtesy translation. The binding version of these terms is the Spanish one, at c2suite.com/recursos/diagnostico-superadmin-hubspot/terminos-privacidad. In case of any discrepancy between the two, the Spanish version prevails.

These terms govern the use of the HubSpot Superadmin Audit, the free app published at c2suite.com/en/resources/hubspot-superadmin-audit. By connecting your portal, you accept what follows.

They do not cover hiring consulting services or the rest of the website, which are governed by whatever is agreed in writing in each case.

1. Who provides the service

César Medina, doing business as C2Suite — Agencia de marketing digital, with an address at calle Amado Nervo 26, colonia Moderna, alcaldía Benito Juárez, C.P. 03510, Mexico City, Mexico, and website c2suite.com. For any matter related to this app: contacto@c2suite.com.

2. What the app does

It connects to your HubSpot portal with read-only permissions, counts how many records meet each of 10 conditions, calculates a score for each area and gives you a report on screen, by email and as a PDF.

The details of which permissions it asks for, what it reads and how to remove access are in the app documentation.

3. What it does not do

• It does not write, change or delete anything in your portal.
• It does not copy your records: it reads counts, not contacts, emails, names or amounts.
• It does not keep the access key your portal provides. The key is used during the read and then discarded.
• It does not subscribe you to any series of emails.

4. Who can use it

You need to be a super admin of the portal you connect, or have the App Marketplace Access permission. By connecting it, you declare that you are authorized to grant that access. Do not connect third-party portals without their authorization.

The app is for professional use and is not directed at minors.

5. Price

The service is free. There is no charge, no payment method is requested, and there is no paid plan or premium version of this app. If it ever stops being free, this will be announced on this page before the change, and never retroactively.

6. Acceptable use

By using the app, you agree not to:

• Connect portals you are not authorized to connect.
• Try to get around the request limits, automate connections in bulk, or use the service in a way that degrades it for others.
• Present the report as your own product or as a HubSpot product, or resell it as a service.

We may suspend access for anyone who does any of those things, without prior notice.

7. The report is for guidance only

The report describes what was counted in your portal at the time of the read and suggests an order in which to address it. It is not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice, and it does not replace the judgment of whoever runs your operation. The decisions you make based on it are yours.

The numbers depend on what HubSpot returns and on the permissions you granted. A change in your portal, in your permissions or in HubSpot's APIs can produce a different result.

8. Availability

The service is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee that it will be available continuously or free of errors, and we may change, interrupt or withdraw it at any time. It also depends on third-party services, HubSpot among them, whose operation we do not control.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this app, including loss of data, revenue or business opportunities.

Since this is a free service, our total liability to you for any claim related to this app is limited to stopping the processing and deleting the information we hold about your use of it.

Nothing in this section limits any liability that cannot be excluded under Mexican law, including liability arising from willful misconduct or from personal data protection law.

10. Trademarks and relationship with HubSpot

HubSpot is a registered trademark of HubSpot, Inc. This app is developed and operated by C2Suite, which is a HubSpot Solutions Partner; HubSpot does not develop, endorse or take responsibility for it. The HubSpot name is used on this website only to identify the platform the app reads.

Your use of HubSpot is governed by your own contract with HubSpot, in which we play no part.

11. Term and termination

You can end this relationship at any time by removing access from your portal, under Settings → Integrations → Connected Apps. There is no minimum term and no cancellation process.

12. Changes to these terms

These terms may change because of legal requirements, HubSpot Marketplace requirements or changes to the service. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its date at the top. If a change is substantial, it will be announced on the tool's page.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of Mexico City and waive any other jurisdiction that may apply to them.

Privacy

The processing of personal data is governed by the C2Suite privacy notice, which includes a specific section on what happens when you connect your HubSpot portal. That notice in English is also a courtesy translation of the Spanish one. The essentials, in short:

• What is read from your portal: only counts (how many records meet each condition) and the creation dates of your contacts, grouped by quarter. No records are copied.
• What is kept: your email address, your portal ID and the counts in the report, in our CRM.
• What is not kept: the access key to your portal. It is used in the same session and then discarded.
• Who else is involved: a transactional email provider to deliver the report, a hosting provider and our CRM. None of them use the data for their own purposes.
• How long it is kept: 24 months from the last contact.
• Your rights to access, correct, delete or object to the use of your data (known in Mexico as ARCO rights) are exercised by writing to contacto@c2suite.com.

If this summary and the privacy notice differ, the privacy notice prevails.
