How much does HubSpot really cost?

The price list says one thing and the invoice says another. This calculator adds the seats charged separately, the marketing contacts ladder, HubSpot Credits, the onboarding fee and implementation, and shows what you will pay in the first year and in the years after.

  • Free
  • Dated list prices
  • Email only at the end

This decides the onboarding fee and the implementation, which are only paid at the start.

Choose the one closest to your case. It doesn't commit you to anything: it preloads the hubs, and in the next step you change whatever you want.

Why we recommend it. It is the most common combination and the one that shows results fastest. Attribution stops being an argument because the lead and the deal live in the same place. Marketing Hub includes core seats in its subscription, so the marketing team doesn't pay for them separately.

How the number is built

Why you can't add up HubSpot's price in your head

A number for the cost of a platform is only useful if the reader can take it apart. These are the points where a rough estimate goes wrong, and how the calculator handles each one.

1 of 4

Each hub is charged in a different way

Not everything is priced per user. Some hubs are a flat subscription and others are charged for each person who uses them. Which one applies depends on whether the hub has its own seat type.

  • Sales, Service and Revenue have their own seat type, so you pay for each person who uses them.
  • Marketing, Content and Data don't. They are a flat subscription and are used with core seats.
  • Treating all hubs the same goes wrong in both directions: too expensive where the price is flat, too cheap where it is per person.
2 of 4

Core seats are one shared pool

This is where almost everyone gets it wrong, because it feels natural to count seats hub by hub. HubSpot doesn't charge them that way: they are one pool for the whole account.

  • If your hubs are on different editions, every core seat takes the price of the highest edition you have.
  • Included seats don't add up across hubs either: the largest number counts. Marketing and Content include the same number in Professional, and together they still include that number, not twice as many.
  • People who only look at reports don't need a paid seat: view-only seats are free.
3 of 4

What isn't the subscription

This is where the invoice moves away from the price list. These three items grow with use, and they don't show up when people compare entry prices.

  • Marketing contacts are sold in packs, and the pack price goes down as you go up. Going one contact over what's included costs a whole pack.
  • AI is charged in HubSpot Credits. Each edition includes a monthly amount, and you buy the rest separately.
  • Add-ons are capabilities you buy separately, and some cost more than a whole hub.
4 of 4

The first year is different

Two charges are paid only once. Putting them into one annual total without separating them makes the number wrong for renewals and for new purchases.

  • HubSpot charges an onboarding fee for some hubs. When you buy through a partner, that fee can sometimes be negotiated.
  • Implementation (setting up the portal, migrating the data, getting the team working) is charged by us, and here it shows as a starting point.
  • That is why the result separates year one from each following year: they are different numbers, and you need both to build a budget.
The difference nobody calculates

Buying hubs separately or together

HubSpot sells all its hubs as one platform for much less than the sum of their parts. It is the finding that moves the most money in the whole tool, so the calculator always works out both ways of buying and returns the cheaper one.

All six hubs in Professional

US$7,540
Customer Platform Enterprise
US$4,700

US$2,840 less per month for the same thing. From three or four hubs on, the platform usually costs less, and it includes the rest too.

List prices

What each hub costs

The prices HubSpot publishes, in US dollars per month. The annual column is what you pay when you sign for a year; the monthly column, when you pay month to month. In Enterprise there is no difference, because it is only sold for a year.

View-only seats

People who only look at reports don't need a paid seat. It is the change that lowers the bill fastest on large teams.

Prices checked on September 12, 2026. HubSpot can change them without notice, and it can also change what each edition includes. We review this table every 3 months, and the date above tells you when the numbers you are reading are from. Before you sign, confirm them with your HubSpot representative or with us. The calculator also covers 27 add-ons with their own price, the marketing contact packs and HubSpot Credits.

Starting points

What we recommend for how you work

These are not packages we sell. They are combinations that work, with the reasoning behind them. In the calculator they preload the hubs, and you change whatever you want from there.

Sales foundation

A small sales team that tracks deals today in spreadsheets and in each person's memory.

It starts where disorder costs real money: the pipeline. There is no Marketing Hub, because generating demand before you can handle it in an orderly way only fills the funnel with deals that get lost anyway.

Implementation

from US$1,200

A one-time charge, on top of HubSpot's seats. The final price depends on the scope.

Marketing and sales

A company that already gets leads from several channels and needs marketing and sales to work on the same record.

It is the most common combination and the one that shows results fastest. Attribution stops being an argument because the lead and the deal live in the same place. Marketing Hub includes core seats in its subscription, so the marketing team doesn't pay for them separately.

Implementation

from US$2,000

A one-time charge, on top of HubSpot's seats. The final price depends on the scope.

Marketing and content

A company that attracts customers with content: a blog, landing pages and campaigns, with the website inside HubSpot.

Marketing Hub without Content Hub leaves the website outside the portal. Traffic and contacts then live in different systems, and attribution becomes a manual reconstruction. With both, each visit is linked to the contact who made it from day one.

Implementation

from US$2,000

A one-time charge, on top of HubSpot's seats. The final price depends on the scope.

Full operation

An operation with marketing, sales, customer service and billing, where each sale creates work for the other three areas.

From three or four hubs on, the Customer Platform usually costs less than buying the hubs separately, and it includes all of them. That is the point where it makes sense to stop adding hubs and move to the platform.

Implementation

from US$3,200

A one-time charge, on top of HubSpot's seats. The final price depends on the scope.

Corporate

A company with several brands or business units, permissions by region, and data governance requirements.

You don't buy Enterprise for more features. You buy it for custom objects, granular permissions and sandboxes. If nobody in the company will ask for those, Professional does the same work for much less.

Implementation

from US$5,000

A one-time charge, on top of HubSpot's seats. The final price depends on the scope.

Common questions

Questions about HubSpot pricing

Where do these prices come from?

From two HubSpot sources. The first is its Product and Services Catalog, the contractual document that defines how each item is charged. The second is its pricing pages, which give the amounts; we read the Spanish-language version, which lists the same prices in US dollars. The date we checked them is written in the result and on this page, because a price without a date is a claim, and a price with a date can be checked.

Why are the amounts in US dollars?

Because HubSpot publishes these list prices in US dollars. Converting them to another currency would mean fixing an exchange rate that goes out of date between reviews and would end up showing a wrong number. We prefer to show the amount HubSpot lists, so you can convert it at the exchange rate on the day you pay.

Are taxes added to these amounts?

The amounts are HubSpot's list prices, and the tool adds no tax to them. Whether VAT, sales tax or another tax applies depends on your country and your company's tax situation, and your accountant should confirm it. For companies in Mexico, HubSpot's invoice comes from the United States and doesn't add Mexican VAT (IVA). This tool calculates what HubSpot bills. It doesn't give tax advice.

What is the onboarding fee, and why does it say it can be negotiated?

It is a one-time charge that HubSpot requires for some hubs to get you started. HubSpot charges it, not us. When you buy through a partner, that fee is sometimes reduced or waived, depending on the case, so it is worth asking before you sign. This is not a promise: it depends on each contract's negotiation.

Why does it sometimes recommend every hub when I only wanted a few?

Because HubSpot sells the Customer Platform, with all its hubs, for much less than the sum of its parts. From three or four hubs on, the platform usually costs less and includes the rest too. The tool always calculates both ways of buying and shows you the cheaper one with the difference next to it, so you can see why.

Is this a quote?

No. It is an estimate based on HubSpot's list prices, plus a starting point for implementation. Your final price depends on the scope, on what you already have in place and on the contract negotiation. Use it to build a budget and to go into a conversation with numbers in hand, not to sign.

Why isn't the Starter edition included?

Because we haven't confirmed whether its published price is for a single hub or for the Starter Customer Platform, which is sold separately and costs less. We prefer to leave it out than to publish a number we can't stand behind. If Starter is your case, write to us and we'll review it with you.

Is the information I enter stored?

Yes. When you calculate, your email is sent with what you chose (hubs, edition, seats, contacts and add-ons) and is saved in our CRM. That is what lets us write to you about your case instead of sending a generic message. You also receive the same report by email. The privacy notice lists this in detail.
