César Medina, doing business as C2Suite — Agencia de marketing digital, with address at calle Amado Nervo 26, colonia Moderna, alcaldía Benito Juárez, C.P. 03510, Mexico City, Mexico, and website c2suite.com, is responsible for the processing and protection of your personal data.

This notice covers the data you give us through this website: the contact form and the free tools in the resources section. It does not cover employment relationships or staff hiring processes.

What do we use your personal data for?

For the following purposes, which are necessary in order to assist you:

• To answer the request you send us and follow up on it.
• To email you the report from the tool you used. It is a single email, to the address you entered, and it does not subscribe you to any newsletter or to any series of emails.
• To write to you about your specific case instead of sending you a generic text.
• To prepare a service proposal when you ask for one.

In addition, and only if you do not object, we use your information for secondary purposes that are not necessary in order to handle your request:

• Marketing and advertising of our services.
• Commercial outreach about services other than the one you asked about.

If you do not want your data processed for these secondary purposes, you can tell us right now by writing to contacto@c2suite.com. Refusing will not be a reason to deny you the services you request.

What personal data do we process?

From the contact form:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Company
• The service you are writing to us about
• The message you write to us

From the free tools in the resources section:

• Email address
• The address of the website being analyzed, in the Website AI Readiness assessment
• The questionnaire answers and the resulting score, in the HubSpot assessment
• The number of people and the average salary per area that you enter, in the manual work cost calculator
• The size of your operation, the systems where you keep your data and the questionnaire answers, in the AI Data Quality assessment
• Your HubSpot portal identifier and the counts that result from reading it—how many records meet each condition we check—in the HubSpot Superadmin Audit
• The area, the path you took, the budget you have in mind and how many people do that work, if you decide to continue from “agent or automation?” to the contact form
• Whether you are about to buy or about to renew, the HubSpot hubs and tiers you are interested in, how many people will use the CRM, how many marketing contacts you have and what add-ons and AI usage you expect, in the “how much does HubSpot cost?” calculator

We do not collect sensitive personal data—data concerning racial or ethnic origin, health status, genetic information, religious or philosophical beliefs, union membership, political opinions, or sexual life or orientation—nor asset or financial data, nor data about minors. This website is not directed at minors.

How long do we keep it?

We keep your data for 24 months from the last contact we have with you, and after that we delete it from our records. If a contract arises from that relationship, the data that tax and commercial law requires us to keep is kept for as long as that law requires.

Who else processes your data on our behalf?

To run this website we rely on providers that process your data only by following our instructions and without using it for their own purposes: a CRM platform where your request is stored, a website hosting provider, and usage measurement tools.

The forms on this website are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which tells a person apart from an automated program. To do that, Cloudflare receives your IP address, the fingerprint of your secure connection, your browser identifier, and the address of the site the form is sent from. Cloudflare states that it cannot identify you from those signals. You can read the details in the Turnstile privacy policy.

When something fails on the website’s server—a request that does not reach our CRM, or a report that cannot be sent, for example—the technical notice of the failure is recorded in GlitchTip, an error logging system that we install and run ourselves, so that we can fix it. That notice carries the address of the page where it happened, the time, and the technical description of the error. It does not include your IP address or what you wrote in the forms, and if the technical description contains an email address, it is removed before the notice is sent.

What happens when you connect your HubSpot portal?

The HubSpot Superadmin Audit is the only tool on this website that reads a system of yours. If you decide to use it, you authorize a read-only app from your own portal, and it is worth knowing exactly what happens then:

• Only counts are read. Each query asks how many records meet a condition and keeps only that number. Your contacts, your companies, your deals and your tickets are not copied or stored, and neither are your customers’ emails or names.
• We do not keep the access key. The permission your portal gives us is used in that same session to run the queries and is discarded when it ends. It is not saved, not renewed, and not stored anywhere. That is why your report cannot be opened again and we send it to you by email.
• What is recorded is your email address, your portal identifier, and the counts in the report, in our CRM, the same as with the other tools.
• You can withdraw access whenever you want, from your own portal, under Settings → Integrations → Connected apps. You do not need to ask us. Since the key was already discarded when your report finished, withdrawing it does not delete anything we hold: what it does is close the door going forward.

HubSpot is yours and we do not process it on our behalf: here we act only on the access you grant us, and only for as long as the reading lasts.

The report from the tools is sent to you through Resend, a transactional email provider. To deliver it, Resend receives your email address and the contents of the report, and keeps a record of the delivery. It does not use that data for its own purposes and does not write to you on its own. You can read the details in the Resend privacy policy.

How can you access, rectify or cancel your data, or object to its use?

You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, what we use it for and the conditions of that use (Access); to ask us to correct your information when it is out of date, inaccurate or incomplete (Rectification); to have it deleted from our records when you believe it is not being used in line with this notice (Cancellation); and to object to the use of your data for specific purposes (Objection). These are the ARCO rights, the rights granted by Mexico’s federal data protection law (LFPDPPP).

To exercise any of them, write to contacto@c2suite.com stating which of the four rights you want to exercise and which email address you wrote to us from. We will reply through that same channel.

If you believe your right to the protection of personal data has been violated, you can turn to the competent authority on the matter, which since March 2025 is the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno (Mexico’s Ministry of Anti-Corruption and Good Governance).

How can you withdraw your consent?

You can withdraw the consent you have given us at any time by writing to contacto@c2suite.com. Please note that we will not always be able to stop the use immediately, because a legal obligation may require us to keep processing certain data, and that for some purposes withdrawing consent means we can no longer provide the service you requested.

Cookies and measurement technologies

This website uses Google Tag Manager to load two measurement tools: Google Analytics 4, which counts visits and which pages are viewed, and Microsoft Clarity, which anonymously records how the page is navigated, including scrolling and clicks. We use them to learn what content is useful and which pages people leave, not to identify you.

You can block or delete cookies from your browser settings. Doing so does not prevent you from using the site or its tools.

How can you find out about changes to this notice?

This notice may change because of new legal requirements, because of changes in the services we offer, or because of changes in our privacy practices. The current version is always published at c2suite.com/en/privacy-notice with its last-updated date at the top.
